I wanted to create On Slow Life to go beyond food and sustainable practices to an inspiring  lifestyle narrative. It jumps from travel, food, interiors, cool companies, iconoclasts, design and the stuff that supports a slow life. Gardens, fresh locally sourced food, wine, hotels, backyards, boutiques and all. Nature is the backdrop and ideas, habits, companies and style drive the content through a slower filter. 

I am a hybrid woman, part city slicker and tree hugger, communications entrepreneur and writer. I work for Bon Appétit Management Company, A Sustainable Food Service Company as a media relations consultant. I also work as a communications and pr consultant covering  travel destinations promoting environmental travel, eco luxury, food and lifestyle.

I have held positions at Sony and Warner Bros. in interactive PR  working with film and television divisions launching major marketing campaigns for the web and  as a communications exec with a venture capital fund in LA focusing on media and entertainment. I have written for Town & Country, Spa, California Homes, Marin, Robb Report, Oprah, Elite Traveler, Copley News, Health and many companies as their editorial consultant.
